Over the next few months, all domestic spending is up for reconsideration. Years of US record deficits may have to be reconciled if Congress’ Budget Resolution passes (a legislative way to cut program budgets).

Congress hasn’t passed a Budget Resolution for the last three years. We need to make that happen again.
